Depending on where the crates are located, it may not be possible to access the crates prior to move-out.Įxhibitors may begin dismantling their displays immediately after the show closes at 5:00 PM on Thursday, February 10. Exhibitors may request product to be returned to their booth at the exhibitor’s expense.
Crates without empty or access storage stickers will be tagged by the area floor managers or Freeman and removed from the exhibit hall – whether full or empty. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Items must be removed from the show floor as follows:Īll crates and skids labeled for EMPTY storage: no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, February 7, 2022Īll bulk trash labeled for disposal: no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, February 7, 2022Īll ladders and large booth construction equipment: no later than 7:00 AM on Tuesday, February 8, 2022Īll booths set and show ready: no later than 8:00 AM on Tuesday, February 8, 2022įollowing this Clean Floor Policy schedule will allow Freeman sufficient time to complete the laying of the aisle carpet and the overall cleaning of the exhibit hall, as well as provide exhibitors the space to complete their booth set up by keeping aisles clear. Work can continue within the confines of your booth space. Any retrieval or movement of these materials to finish set up of the booth will be at exhibitor’s expense.Īll exhibits must be fully installed by 5:00 PM on February 8. When equipment is within compliance, it can be used within your booth space.Īny crates without empty or access storage labels will be tagged by the floor managers or the General Service Contractor and will be removed from the exhibit hall whether they are full or empty. Violation of this policy will result in immediate equipment removal from the building with a minimum $500.00 cleaning fee that will be added to your invoice.
** To allow sufficient time to complete the laying of the aisle carpet and overall cleaning of the exhibit hall for show opening, all crates and skids must be tagged and removed from the exhibit floor by the day and time noted in the plan above based on your target freight move-in date. * Due to the constraints of move-in, show management and Freeman may not be able to accommodate any targeted freight move-in day change requests. To help assist with the acceptance and delivery of your shipment, please use the correct color label for your booth space as indicated in the KBIS 2021 Exhibitor Services Kit located in the Exhibitor Service Center for ALL warehouse and show site deliveries. If you are shipping to Freeman’s Advance Warehouse, your shipment will be delivered to your booth on your targeted date by the time indicated. If you are shipping direct to the Orange County Convention Center or delivering your freight personally, your shipment should arrive on your targeted date after the time indicated.
